Straight at WSOP

Nice Video.

It seems like one of the essential skills for Omaha is just being able to figure out what the hell you have.  
The final table of the $5000 rebuy Pot Limit Omaha final table at the 2004 World Series of Poker, the later champion Ted Lawson gets it allin on the turn thinking he has a straight. He does not, in fact, have said straight.
This guy has over 2 million in career earnings just in tournament play, so unless your name is chan, brunson, ivey , hellmuth,or someother top player you all wish you could accomplish half of what this guy has done,,, there is not one poker player who hasnt misread his hand before, and i bet everyone who has made a comment has misread and misplayed many more hands than this guy.

He had a possible straight draw and a flush to contend with, and when he put 125,000 in that was it, its alright saying you would call but when theres big money involved lets face it how many would call with A8, it's not really a strong hand to go all-in with.

I have had a royal twice in my life and they came in the same night I was at a local casino and was playing 1/2 cash game  I had ak of spades flopped a straight then turned the royal I won a 550 (pre rake and tip) dollar pot plus one grand for making a royal then I had it again playing the same stakes later that night this time I rivered it but didnt win as much in the pot but another one grand was nice
I flopped an ace-five straight flush before and had to fake a cough to cover my smile, but everyone folded anyway. No way I could have made any money even if I had that royal haha
