PokerPhil Hellmuth

"What about 3100? Phil, would you have done 3100?"
That's so legendary, in National Heads Up Poker.
Man what a winner. And still I wouldn't have been so disgusted about it if he just was kinda telling the truth whining-like, but he's so inconsequente about it. Because when he wins, suddenly everyone else plays great and was unlucky against him. I mean, grow up man!

Phill says he wouln't put more than 3k on 10-10 but it's funny that in 1989 WSOP he gambled the whole title on 9-9 and won.
1989 WSOP last hand was 9-9 vs A-7s it went like this:
Phill bets preflop - Oponent raises - Phill goes all in
Quite the same as Dwan on this video

I love this clip.

Phil Hellmuth

when you're a good player like phil ur bound to have the best hand most of the time which translates to the most outdraws and beats depending on how the action goes. i honestly don't see why phil didn't reraise if he thought he was bluffing becuase really, if any king, queen, jack, ten, or scare card sheiky could just push and get the same fold outa phil.
I love it how some of them say "beep beep beep" after Phil stands up and 'explodes' .
it doesen't matter how phil gets beat, he always has something to say in regards to how the other player is a horrible player. If they're all so bad Phil, WHY DO THEY ALWAYS PUT YOU OUT ???!

Phil Hellmuth

He's gotta have the worst attitude in poker. I hope some people agree? He does not no when to stop his bitching, not just here, but ever! Every poker video you see he's complaining about one thing or another. Amazing knowledge and skill, granted, but disgraceful etiquette and sportsmanship. although without doubt it does make good tv when he goes off on one, even if it does make you wanna punch him in the face.
I still cannot believe that Annie Duke beat Phil here. Phil is a always a huge favorite against her in heads up play. I'd liken her win to one of the biggest upsets in sports history, She got extremely lucky to beat one oft he all-time poker greats in Phil Hellmuth.

Tom

So an avarage guy just happens to have won most bracelets through out the years?
But durrr is better at cash games for sure
Tom Dwan > Phil Hellmuth in cash game
Phil Hellmuth > Tom Dwan in tournaments
Plain and simple...every player is stronger in a certain area of the game...
The only player that I can think of that is pretty solid in every area of the game is Ivey...Very good in cash games AND in tourmanets AND in heads up...although I would say that his heads up play is the weakest of the 3.
