Casino rules are if you put in a single chip and don't announce "raise", then it means call. The cash bundle of $5k is an oversized chip, so the dealer was going to give him $2,500 change, but Matusow threw his hand away, giving the pot to Elezra. For those confused.
Elezra put in a bundle(5000 or 10000 i think), but didnt declare a raise, i.e he just flat called, and matusow thinking he had pushed all in folded to his 'raise'. it was just matusow not paying attention.
